National parks of Hungary
Approximately ten percent of Hungary’s area is under nature protection regulation. In our ten national parks, 39 districts of landscape conservation and in the many nature conservation area we can find mountains covered by thick forests, gently rippling hills, romantic river flats, endless plains and karst regions hiding unique nature treasures.
